A space to connect, reflect, and relate.
I offer group therapy, clinical supervision, and Authentic Movement — relational spaces grounded in the body and the power of shared experience.

About Me
As a Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP), board-certified dance/movement therapist, and licensed creative arts therapist, I integrate somatic awareness, creative expression, and interpersonal process into group therapy, clinical supervision, and community movement practice.
I have 20 years of clinical experience working across a range of settings including forensics units at Rikers Island and Bellevue Hospital, and with individuals navigating substance use, autism spectrum presentations, and complex trauma and medical conditions. I also run clinical supervision and authentic movement groups.
I bring a clinical, relational, and somatically-informed approach to my work, which is grounded in the understanding that healing occurs in relationship.
How we can work together

“I believe the circle is the oldest form of healing. When we gather with intention — to witness each other, to move together, to tell the truth about our lives — something becomes possible that wasn't possible alone. That's what this practice is built on.”
— Laura Raffa, BC-DMT, LCAT, CGP
